Located in the hinterland at the southern end of the Gold Coast, Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat is a serene sanctuary set on over 400 acres, where the elements of healthier living are explored and embraced. Superb organic cuisine, an incredible selection of activities, nurturing massage, ocean and valley views, scenic walks and a casual relaxed atmosphere all provide pure inspiration. Gwinganna invites you to choose between their Organic Lifestyle Retreats or Specialty Health Retreats. Organic Lifestyle Retreats are designed to suit everyone and range from a 2 day quot;Healthy Weekendquot; to a 7 day quot;Gwinganna Detoxquot;, with delicious organic cuisine, spa treatments and a fantastic selection of activities. The Specialty Health Retreats are held throughout the year and focus on particular interest such as yoga, women's health, nutrition or cooking exposing you to a wealth of new experiences. Property features include a restaurant, 2 pools, spa, amphitheatre, outdoor fire place, exercise studio, outdoor yoga deck, indoor cycling studio, Mind Body Pavilion and Heritage Spa. Health and wellbeing activities include yoga, pilates, kinesis training, Tai Chi, meditation, personal training, fitness classes, swimming clinics, tennis coaching, abseiling, high ropes course and specialty retreats.

8:00am-5:30pm. A minimum cancellation fee of $110.00 will be charged if you cancel your booking, in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier, which may be up to 100% of monies paid.
