The skyway gives unsurpassed views of the Jamison Valley and is the only horizontal gondola ride in Australia. -Jenolan Caves: One and a quarter hour's drive west from Lilianfels Blue Mountains are the Jenolan Caves. By car: Follow the M4 Motorway west from Sydney. The motorway becomes the Great Western Highway at Lapstone. Follow the highway through the mountains, and make a left turn (when you reach Katoobma) at the second set of traffic lights. Follow the signs to Echo Point (three minutes' drive from the highway). By train: Trains from Central to the Blue Mountains leave at least once an hour. Depart the train at Katoomba, where taxis are waiting to bring you to Lilianfels Blue Mountains (three minutes' journey by taxi).
